I appreciated having someone check in with me and connect me to others that could bring me further along in reaching my goals... I have shared a lot of what I have learned with my direct supervisor so she has been able to learn alongside of me in some ways.

My coach has been very consistent in checking in with me weekly and making sure that I stay on track with my work, offering to help or pointing me in the right direction whenever I needed extra help.

I'm doing things I never thought possible like installing Ubuntu/Linux on a computer by myself, typing simple lines of code. and using Salesforce.  My Linux coach is fantastic, he has taught me a lot about Linux and broken things down in simple terms so that it's easy to digest and then put into action. My Salesforce coach is the same. She has provided me with plenty of tips and learning tools to help me step up my Salesforce skills and prepare me for my exam.

DigitalBridge has been instrumental in my workforce upskilling journey, offering comprehensive training resources that have significantly enhanced my skills.
